FPClinic FAQ: answers on booking telehealth sessions, Medicare rebates and referrals for Vincent Fimmano's Hunters Hill, Sydney psychology practice.

  • Your appointment will be privately billed with Medicare reimbursements applied to the fees.

    Please note that there are two different fees charged depending on the time of your session. Sessions between 8 am and 5 pm have a fee of $180 while sessions between 5 to 7pm are $205.

  • We offer Telehealth services exclusively.

  • You will need a referral from your GP to qualify for Medicare support. For the appointment, you will need access to a computer or smart device with reliable internet access and a camera or webcam.

  • If you meet the requirements for a concession, such as holding a Health Care or Concession Card or being a student living away from home, we encourage you to reach out to us. Do note that concession sessions are in high demand and are only available from 9 am to 3 pm. For more information, please refer to the "more info" section or contact us the details below.

  • Unless previously arranged, Fimmano Psychology Clinic (fpclinic) only accepts credit card payments.

    Don't hesitate to get in touch with us if other arrangements need to be made.

  • Yes, we offer after-hours appointments.

  • Our telehealth platform is a browser based service designed to provide health practitioners with a safe, secure, compliant and simple way to conduct telehealth sessions with patients. It is encrypted end-to-end and complies with no vendor access privacy requirements.
