You can register your details online through our Zanda intergration.

In order to successfully complete our fpclinic powerdiary intake pack, you must.

Register your email by creating an account in our client portal.

To do this, please click on the blue Power Diary button that says 'make a booking' to access the client portal for the first time.

All essential details can be entered through the fpclinic Zanda Client Intake Pack online form. If any other additional documentation needs to be sent, please sent to admin@fpclinic.com.au.

Zanda is an online bookkeeping solution that effectively manages and records our data.

Before your first session, please complete our client intake pack and submit any relevant documentation, including details for claims, medical history, legal matters, or any special concerns regarding your therapy.

We opted to utilize Zanda due to its user-friendly and streamlined efficiency.

It’s very simple!

1. Click on the Violet Zanda button that says ‘make a booking’

2. Click on Book Appointment

3. Log in or sign up using your preferred email.

4. Select a date and time that most suitable for you. If you plan to make a booking between the hours of 8am to 3pm, select Daytime-50+ Minutes Telehealth . If you are planning to book an appointment between 4pm to 7pm choose Evening - Full Session Telehealth 50+ Minutes

5. After you choose an available time you will be redirected to page that allows you to book now. Press the green button that says ‘book now’ to secure your appointment.

Please Note: You will receive an email confirming your appointment. If any details are incorrect, or you would like to cancel your appointment, contact admin@fpclinic.com.au for more assistance

Once you have made a booking your appointment will able to be cancelled as long as it’s outside our 24 Cancellation policy.

To Simply Cancel Your Appointment

1. Navigate to your power diary portal and log in.

2. Once you’re logged in click on My appointments.

3. This page reveals your Scheduled appointments. Simply click on X on the top right upcoming appointment card.

4. Once you have successfully cancelled your appointment an email will be sent confirming your cancellation.
